Once a client has had their system customized or developed it's then this team's task to make sure that the system is working as expected. We take the task of configuring hardware, off the client's back. We also do external product implementation, though we may need additional time to study the products and their usage in the company.

This team is made up of system administrators, software engineers and network administrators. To ensure that the implementation of our products is speedy we always have the three groups understand their point of intersection.
